That´s why we drink "Mate" together in the mornings. We "wake up" together and gradually get over our the not speaking stage. It´s only been a few years that we have been doing this and I wish we´d started this tradition earlier.

In fact, for us it's been a role reversal as I used to be the one that loved sleeping in and Hubby was the early riser. Now, if I don't get up with the birds it can take me a while to ungrump."

Betty...we have the same morning routine on the weekend...unfortunately we tend to spend way too long over coffee and the morning paper.
No kidding... I'm married to a morning grump myself! (OK, mine's an afternoon grump and an evening grump, too. But he's MY grump, and I love him!)
